The Walkabout Group offers high quality training services for all ages and breeds of dogs. From basic training, off lead work and general obedience through to dealing with aggression and basic communication and problem solving, we make sure that your dog receives the best support possible. When we started in 1998, our mission was simple: to give every dog the chance to have a happy and healthy life with their owners and this we continue to do. We cover a wide area including Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex and also have many London clients. We look forward to being able to help you understand you dog a little better and help them develop to their true potential.

Our Training and Socialisation Groups offer owners the chance to learn new skills at handling their dogs and teaching them to teach in a way that the dog understands. We have a range of meetings throughout the week and at the weekend to help and these include:

• Communication Classes - We are proud to be one of the leading companies looking at canine communication and through no fault of their own, many dogs lose this ability and at Walkabout we can help them relearn it.  Using our dogs who love the company of other dogs, we help both your dog and you interact in a safe way in small groups of dogs.  Join our Social Groups on Thursday or Saturdays.

•  Not sure your dog is ready for this yet?  Then maybe the bad boys (and girls) club is the place for you.  Why not book a 121 lesson with one of our professionals. You will find them very friendly and helpful and no problem is too big or small for us to help.

• We run specific working dogs groups during the week and at the weekend - a chance to teach our dogs something new.

• A Social skills evening class on a Wednesday - see the training page for more details.

Our Dog walking club has been set up to encourage all our clients and their families and friends to join us enjoy walking with their dogs. The fully supervised walks are accompanied by our balanced pack who set an example to your dog. Walking within a group, your dog will soon settle and you can enjoy the company of other like minded owners who care about their dogs. Individual training walks are also available
